WHO WE ARE
The focus of Operation Good News presently is in India where poor hygiene kills 500,000 children each year. India has approximately 1.1 billion people. Approximately 250 million live on less than $1 per day, and another 700 million live on less than $2 per day. Two thirds of India's population lives in the rural areas mostly in villages. India has over 500,000 villages.

When you choose to sponsor a child you have chosen to help change a childs life. Poverty can be very devastating, and children in poor countries experience generations of the poverty cycle. You can help break this cycle by helping a child experience a better life.
